    • Refund requests must be made within a day of receiving the product.

    • If approved, refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 3 – 5 business days.
  4. Exchanges
    • Exchanges are subject to product availability.
    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.
  5. Cancellation Policy
    • Orders can be canceled within two hours of placement.
    • If the order has already been shipped, cancellation is not possible.
